1. Return Period
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Personal care goods (beauty products, fragrances).
- Intimate apparel or swimwear.
- Perishable goods or items with a broken seal.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@easybuys.ae with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Inspection: Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back or arrange for a courier pickup (standard shipping fees may apply for non-defective returns).
- Validation: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment:
- Credit/Debit Card: The credit will appear in your account within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed via store credit or bank transfer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), EasyBuys.ae will cover the return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
